As the exclusive technology partner for the event, our team engineered and delivered two custom-designed projection environments that redefined the traditional conference experience. From converting venue architecture into dynamic storytelling canvases to creating seamless, atmospheric immersion across the main ballroom, we reimagined the resort as a branded, sensory-rich environment.

Our centerpiece installation featured a spectacular 120-foot inflatable dome, powered by 4K Panasonic projectors displaying custom-designed content. This innovative structure offered guests a distinctive and immersive environment for networking and connection.

For the CEO’s annual address and the Awards Dinner Gala, we implemented a sophisticated, shadowless rear-projection system that served as a visually striking backdrop for the main stage.
