Our team deployed 28 high-powered Panasonic projectors, carefully positioned to illuminate the south face of the 1,149-foot landmark. The week-long installation process required meticulous planning and execution, including the development of custom-fabricated weather enclosures to protect our equipment in the unpredictable Las Vegas climate. Our setup demanded precise coordination with local authorities to secure and section off a dedicated area in the heart of downtown, complete with security measures, protective fencing, and specialized scaffolding to ensure unobstructed projection paths.

The four-night spectacle ran throughout the Grand Prix weekend, featuring our custom-designed 30-second animation that brought the partnership to life. The creative content featured a dynamic reveal sequence where an animated race car traced the tower’s height, showcasing the iconic Mastercard and McLaren brands. Our team’s expertise in large-scale projection allowed us to overcome the unique challenges of projecting onto one of Las Vegas’s tallest structures, requiring precise calibration and synchronization of all 28 projectors to achieve seamless coverage.
