For the past 4 years, the US Marines’ Annual Birthday Ball has been brought to life with our specialized building projection mapping. The 245th, 246th, 247th, and 248th anniversary events were held at a private residence here in Las Vegas.
Each year, our 3D projection transformed the luxury home into a patriotic homage to the Corps. Lumen & Forge created custom military themed visuals that were projected across the entire front of the home annually.
In addition to our awe-inspiring immersive visuals, the events hosted several entertainers to spark all 5 senses. From clowns on stilts, to magic tricks, to breathtaking fire breathing and poi performances, to live music and dancing, there was no shortage of effervescence to celebrate these commemorative occasions each year.

The 245th – 249th anniversary events were held at a luxury residence here in Las Vegas. Each year, the L&F crew meticulously prepares this luxury home for our breathtaking projection show.Â
Outside the home, we used a similar setup each year, mounting three projectors in order to seamlessly map visuals along the surface of the building. We then spent hours perfectly blending the image in order to create flawless 3D visuals on the building. Two of our projectors were pointed directly at the house, while another augmented surrounding trees with undulating visuals. Our creative team added custom content and effects, including an immersive motion graphic of the Marine’s official flag. We also set up a projector inside the dining room for an inspirational tribute video during dinner.
As well as a variety of live music and entertainment, the events included a generous buffet and a bar each year. The bar featured exclusive tastings of Dr. Stoner’s Tequila and Merica Bourbon, a company born from veterans we had the pleasure of meeting at the 2020 event. Finally, to complete the ambience, the team added extensive RGB lighting in the trees and gardens.
